In this end of year, Mushin is propelled in the 1st row of the world innovative startups. Invited in the Alpha class to present the new features of the collaborative app. The team Mushin and our CEO Bernard Soriano made the trip in Dublin.

Considered as the “the best technological conference on earth” by international media, the Web Summit became in few years a reference in Europe for digital technology. This year, 1 000 startups represented at the Alpha Class, 700 speakers, 30 000 professional visitors and many events organized like conferences, forums or networking.

The biggest companies were there like Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Google or Amazon. Mushin was selected among 20 000 candidates to participate in this event to present the new online version of the app.

These 3 days, with a very steady rhythm, brought the team to meet more than 30 investors, mainly English, French and Indian. We benefit from mentorship sessions with professionals of the sector – thank you Alison Vincent, CTO of Cisco – and we made connection with the French Tech – thanks to Axelle Lemaire Secretary of State in charge of the digital technology.

During the conferences of this Web Summit, we noticed that several trends linked with Mushin were emerging. For instance, during the conference:”Visual is the new text” We were consolidated in the coherence of our application. Indeed in the business world the visual replaces little by little texts. We also noticed that the collaboration is a rapidly expanding market.

To take stock of this event, our first Web Summit was really constructive. We were able to meet really interesting people, Mushin received a lot of positive feedback. To conclude, it activated new opportunities for the company.

En cette fin d’année, Mushin est propulsé au 1er rang des startups innovantes mondiales. Invité en Alpha à présenter les nouveautés de la solution phare de la collaboration visuelle. La team Mushin et notre CEO Bernard Soriano ont fait le déplacement à Dublin.

Considéré comme « la meilleure conférence technologique de la planète » par la presse internationale, le Web Summit est devenu en quelques années un évènement européen de référence pour le numérique. Cette année, 1000 startups présentes à l’Alpha Class, 700 conférenciers, 30 000 visiteurs professionnels, et de nombreux événements organisés (conférences, forums, hall d’exhibition, networking).

Innovation oblige, les plus grandes entreprises étaient également présentes dont Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Google ou encore Amazon. Mushin a été sélectionnée parmi 20 000 candidatures pour participer à cet événement afin de présenter la nouvelle version en ligne.

Ces 3 jours, au rythme très soutenu, ont amené l’équipe à rencontrer plus de 30 investisseurs principalement anglais, français, indiens…, à bénéficier de quelques séances de mentorat avec des professionnels du secteur – merci Alison Vincent, CTO de Cisco – et à se connecter avec le French Tech – merci à Axelle Lemaire la secrétaire d’état chargée du numérique.

Le Web Summit, c’est également des centaines de conférences inspirantes. Quelques sujets émergents qui appuient notre stratégie : « Visual is the new text », RSE et outils collaboratifs, comment passer de la communication à la collaboration en équipes qui est un marché en forte croissance (+42%).

Le bilan de notre premier Web Summit est donc très constructif. Nous avons pu faire de très belles rencontres, Mushin a reçu de nombreux retours positifs, cet événement a déclenché de nouvelles opportunités pour l’entreprise.
